PTFE Seam Fusing Belt is a ring-type conveyor belt made of PTFE fiberglass fabric. There are various kinds of joint methods including overlapped joint and end-to-end joint. For the overlapped joint, the end should be overlapped under the other end. I this way, the whole thickness of the joint is thicker than the belt body so that its lifetime is a third of PTFE seamless fusing belt. Then we company adapted the opposite joint covered by a high-strength cloth , which extends the lifespan of the belt a lot.
