PTFE laminated fabric mainly utilizes the three characteristics of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, such as
excellent anti-adhesion,
plain weave and
surface tension, which has become the most important material in the solar battery assembly. Therefore, these three characteristics have become the three basic standards for measuring the quality of PTFE laminated fabrics. The anti-adhesiveness is the smoothness of the surface. The better the performance, the less the EVA adhesive on the surface is easily bonded to the laminating machine; the plain weave on the back of the cloth and moderate tension ensure a good vacuuming effect.
In order to achieve the best lamination effect, we must pay attention to the following points:
1. Before cutting the laminated cloth to the machine, please keep the surface of the high temperature
PTFE fiberglass fabric as flat as possible, and do not have wrinkles. Otherwise, the laminated surface will have creases and affect the service life!
2. When putting in practical use, if the surface of the anti-adhesive PTFE fiberglass fabric has EVA glue or other residue adhered to it, just wipe it off with a semi-wet cotton cloth!
3, The color of the different batches of
PTFE laminated fabric may vary. It is normal as it will not affect the quality of the product and affect the use!
Generally speaking, its main thickness is 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, and its corresponding models are HY-F025, HY-F030, HY-F035.
