Wall joint, as one of the most important joints of PTFE belt, is mainly made of Kevlar fabric. Because of the high strength of Kevlar fabric, it has been widely used as the joint process of the PTFE conveyor belt after being dipped by PTFE emulsion. The joints are hand-engraved, engraved into embossed teeth, then interlaced together, joined together by a stainless steel wire. It makes the conveyor belt run smoother and the joint is firm and not easy to break.
