Brown PTFE Mesh Belts often use brown bull-nose joints, because they are both brown and can be perfectly integrated as a whole. The improved bull-nose joints we produce have extremely high strength, which greatly stabilizes the overall structure of the belt and prolongs the service life of the belt body.
     
The PTFE mesh belts use double warp and double weft, and can also be thickened to make a reinforced belt according to requirements. It also be woven from Kevlar fiber and glass fiber. The final mesh belt has higher strength and longer life, but the cost is the highest. It depends on the customer's own budget and needs whether to choose among them.
