Single-sided PTFE fiberglass fabric is a new type of composite material made of plain or twill electronic-grade glass fiber cloth with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating on one side. This coating gives the cloth excellent high-temperature resistance and can remain stable at continuous working temperatures up to 360°C and instantaneous high temperatures of 380°C. At the same time, the PTFE coating also gives the cloth excellent chemical stability and can resist the erosion of a variety of chemical substances such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. In addition to high temperature resistance and chemical stability, Single-sided PTFE fiberglass fabric also has the characteristics of low friction coefficient, non-adhesion, and easy cleaning. These characteristics make it widely used in many industrial fields.

According to different textures, we divide Single-sided PTFE fiberglass fabric into plain and twill. Different textures have different performances, which leads to different uses. In terms of color, customers generally require brown color, and it can also be made into white, black, red and other colors. In terms of width, the conventional width is 1 meter or 1.25 meters. Widths exceeding 1.25 meters are considered ultra-wide and need to be customized. Our maximum width can reach 3 meters.
