PTFE FEP hot melt tape is a kind of high temperature resistant hot melt tape made of modified FEP material and PTFE material.

PTFE hot melt tape is a new type of material that our company modified PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material according to the needs of filter bag customers, and then used hot melt technology to compound hot melt material with PTFE material.

The color is white, the thickness can be customized according to customer requirements, and the base material uses modified PTFE material, which is very soft and especially suitable for fitting with circular working surfaces.

Unlike the traditional silicone pasting method, hot melt technology allows PTFE material to start hot melting when it reaches 180 degrees, and it will remain in a hot melt state as long as the temperature is not higher than 210 degrees. Hot melt technology allows PTFE material to fit more closely with non-woven fabrics, ensuring the sealing of filter bags.

Compared with imported brands, the cost is relatively low, which improves the procurement efficiency of domestic enterprises, greatly saves procurement costs, and improves production efficiency.
