Silica Fiberglass Fabric has been widely used as high temperature thermal insulation material, anti-corrosion material for the rocket, the missile and the spacecraft, industrial protection material and etc.
Silica Fiberglass Fabric is completely fireproof and with its high purity silica (SiO
2) content (96% minimum) . It is a health-conscious alternative to asbestos and ceramic textiles.
Main features:
1.Softening pointing is approaching to 1700℃. Work continuously under the temperature of 900℃. And temporarily it even withstand thousands of degree department of air brush.
2. Keep its property steady in organic and inorganic acids, high-temp environment, and weak base.
3. Good stability when experiencing the thermal shock and high radiation.
4. Excellent insulation at the hot and humid environment. Good adhesive combined with hot glue.
5. Humidity and sunlight resistance. It can be used as various kinds of sealing material, because it not only makes a more solid structure, but also keeps its softness under the high-tem condition.
6. High fire resistant so that it doesn’t burn ,the color doesn’t fade, the strength doesn’t go down. Perfectly, It will not cause the secondary pollution.
